Feel at peace with yourself - intro

 I've never wanted peace more like I do now. 

I don't want to wake up angry, upset or have any negative thoughts. I just want to be happy, with a genuine smile on my face. 

It's normal to feel mixed emotions. Even loneliness. It's part of the process. Maybe you feel like nobody understands you. Maybe that's true. 

The only certain thing is that not everyone will understand your journey. 

It may not feel good to confront yourself, but it's one of the steps towards your path. This will help you grow into the person you want to be. 

But going back to talking about past trauma, just wanted to share few thoughts in overcoming this struggle of carrying it on your own. 

IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU. 

You are just perfect the way you are. You are you, triggers don't define you. You are so much more than your trauma. That's past, it's gone. 

Healing takes time. 

You are learning and trying. 

Be patient with yourself.
